Business and Leadership Coaching
Coaching sessions are your space to think, plan, and grow. Together, we’ll set the right cadence for meeting and focus on the areas of your business that matter most. My role as your coach is to guide you toward clarity, help you make confident decisions, and support you in creating solutions to the challenges you’re facing. The goal is simple: meaningful progress that strengthens your business and moves you forward.
The Coaching Process
Pre‑Contract Conversation
Before we begin, we’ll have an initial conversation to make sure we’re a good fit and to give you a clear understanding of how the coaching process works. If you decide to move forward, we’ll talk about the timeframe and meeting cadence that best supports your goals. I'll also send you a short survey that give me more information about you, your team, and your business so that I can come in prepared once we get started.
Getting Started
I’ll be the first to say it: a little coaching goes a long way. In the beginning, we’ll likely meet weekly so we can establish your goals and outline the steps you’ll take to reach them.
This may surprise you, but I’ll tell you upfront — “earn more money” is not a goal. If you’re in business, that’s already the goal. What we want to identify are the specific actions, habits, and supporting elements of your business that lead to stronger sales and, ultimately, higher revenue.
Building Momentum
Once we’ve set a solid, actionable goal, the focus shifts to implementation. You’ll need time to take the steps we’ve discussed, so we’ll extend our meeting cadence to every other week or even monthly. This gives you space to do the work while still maintaining accountability and support.
Each time we meet, we’ll review your progress, make adjustments as needed, and keep you moving forward. That part won’t take long — the rest of the session is your space to talk through whatever is happening in your business:
-
New ideas or products
-
Operational changes
-
Challenges or roadblocks
-
Team dynamics
-
Opportunities you’re considering
Everyone needs an objective ear. That’s the role I play.
Confidentiality
All conversations are completely confidential. Even in a hybrid environment — where I may work with your team as a group and also individually — every discussion remains private. I’m the sounding board, not the messenger. My job is to listen, challenge assumptions, and help you and your team consider all perspectives before making decisions.
Contract Term
The initial contract term is typically six months. At that point, we’ll evaluate whether you want to continue or if you’re ready to move forward independently.
